Coco-glucoside is a cleanser for water-based beard washes. It helps water lift away oil and dirt and is usually blended with other cleansers so the finished wash can clean without leaving skin and hair feeling overly dry after rinsing.
Do not add it to beard oil or balm. Follow the supplier's amount and mixing directions, check the finished wash's pH (acidity level) and thickness, use a suitable preservative, and test a small batch for foam and after-rinse feel.
Mild surfactant
Provides cleansing support in a wash system while aiming for a gentler, lower-stripping feel.
